Forgot Soap provides an anonymous messaging service that allows users to send hygiene-related reminders to recipients via email. We offer both individual report services and enterprise solutions for businesses.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Forgot Soap, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate recipient information
• Use the service only for its intended purpose of hygiene awareness
• Not use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Not send reports based on protected characteristics (race, religion, gender, disability, etc.)
• Not abuse the service by sending excessive reports to the same recipient
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use Forgot Soap to:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate any person
• Send threatening or abusive messages
• Discriminate against individuals based on protected characteristics
• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt our services

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Individual Reports

Individual reports cost $5.00 per submission. Payment is processed through PayPal. All sales are final and non-refundable once a report has been sent.

6.2 Enterprise Solutions

Business pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service, all payments are final once a report has been sent. We do not offer refunds for:

• Reports that have been successfully delivered
• Changes of mind after submission
• Recipient's response or lack thereof

Refunds may be issued only if:

• Payment was processed but the report was not sent due to technical error on our end
• You were charged multiple times for the same report due to system error

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services with or without notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

9. Content and Delivery

Our service sends pre-written messages based on the tone you select. We make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery but cannot guarantee:

• That the recipient will read the message
• That the message will not be filtered as spam
• The recipient's response or reaction
• Any specific outcome from sending a report

10. Anonymity and Privacy

We maintain sender anonymity as described in our Privacy Policy. However, you acknowledge that:

• We cannot control what recipients may infer about the sender's identity
• In cases of illegal activity or abuse, we may be required to cooperate with law enforcement
• Complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances

11. Abuse Prevention

We implement measures to prevent service abuse, including:

• Limiting the number of reports that can be sent to the same recipient within a timeframe
• Monitoring for patterns consistent with harassment
• Blocking users who violate these terms

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reports if we believe they violate these terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• That the service will meet your expectations
• That the service will achieve any particular result
• That the service is error-free or secure

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forgot Soap shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forgot Soap from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

15. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Forgot Soap are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Reverse engineer our software
• Use our trademarks without permission

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
